Bell Health was founded to bring together senior communications expertise and deep experience of operating in regulated, highly scrutinised healthcare environments.

Our background includes advising government export and economic development agencies on the international promotion of health technology and pharmaceutical innovation. This work extended beyond media relations to include speech writing, strategic messaging and issues support for senior political leaders and ministers - requiring a strong understanding of public accountability, political context and the consequences of communications decisions made under scrutiny.

Alongside this, we have worked extensively across healthcare, digital health and medical technology in the UK and internationally - supporting NHS organisations, integrated care systems, independent providers and health innovation businesses. In each case, our role has been to advise leadership teams and in-house communications functions on building credibility, managing risk and communicating with clarity in complex environments.

Jen Bell is a senior healthcare PR adviser with more than 20 years’ experience supporting healthcare, digital health and medical technology organisations in the UK and internationally.

Her work focuses on regulated and highly scrutinised environments where communications decisions carry reputational, political and commercial consequence. Jen has advised health technology companies, NHS trusts, integrated care systems and independent healthcare providers, as well as supporting government export agencies in the international promotion of medical innovation. Her experience includes strategic communications planning, media relations, speech writing for senior political leaders and issues management at board and executive level.

Jen is known for her calm, pragmatic approach and her ability to work seamlessly with in-house communications teams and senior leadership, including CEOs, founders and boards. She operates as a single, trusted point of contact - providing senior, hands-on PR support grounded in discretion, sector understanding and sound judgement.
